We are a “direct” buyer of Real Estate Assets / Products / Notes etc…….Most of our inventory are direct from the GSES (Government Sponsored Enterprises) – Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac and a consortium of Banks. In regards to the GSES, we have purchased over 30% of their inventory since 2008 & called upon on majority of their Pilot Programs. Regarding their Pilot Programs & because of our personal relationship, we have the freedom to pick & choose inventory.
As you know or do not, “inventory” in most of the United States are scarce and extremely hard to come by. Most importantly, we have been in the Real Estate game for over thirty (30) years with extensive experience. Meaning, we are very aware of who can perform and who cannot (that is saying it politely). We are true believers that it takes two (2) parties to close & perform with an open mind of succeeding.
RIGHT NOW I have over 900 NPNS nation-wide that is direct, which will move quickly.
My goal / intentions is to have enough “proven” Investors that can purchase product as they come in. The only reason I am writing specific post is because we are “blessed” of being overwhelmed with direct product and our Personal Investors that has been with us over ten (10) years are inundated.
